Putting up our teeny Christmas tree

So, while I'm not as gung-ho as the people schlepping trees the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas trees are my favorite part of the holidays because they're pretty and they make the whole room smell good. Plus, both of my parents seem to think it's okay to get their trees on the 23rd. 

So, as soon as it's acceptable (read: December), we go and get our little tree and decorate it with our little ornaments, Charlie Brown style.

Now I just need to find or make a good tree topper so we can fight over who gets to put it on.
